Nice first person horror game. Good atmosphere and some well scripted surprises.
Maybe with some silly jumpscares hare and there, but in general it will provide fun for those who like horror and first person games.

Your character is strong and fast enought to defend himself, and provide a good gameplay, but not too much, as it would kill the horror element of the game.

Also, it is free to play. So play it, if you guess you have what it takes!

A masterpiece. And, yes, way better than Doom 2016.

It has atmosphere, story, survival horror, action and... guts!

My only complain about it is how the fights get predictable after a while. But, besides that, it one of my favorite shooters.

Do yourself a favor, and play it!

Arguably the best Build Engine game. If you love oldschool FPSs, this is for you.

Effects, gibs, blood and so are WAY better then others of the same age. DN3D and Quake will look "coarse" after playing Blood. Oh, and the soundtrack is just lovely darkish.
Also, you can play it for years, and still get a reference you didn't get before.

But, be advised: hitscan enemies shoot on sight, with almost zero reaction time. And there are different damage factors between enemies and weapons (some weapons are almost uneffective against some monsters, but deadly against others). Oh, and it seems that both expansions can't work together. I'll need to exclude one to play the other.

Can you kill the Cerberus with the fork? I can. And I challenge you. ;)
