Stellaris lite, sorry to compare but I love that game as well. This game moves along and you can avoid most micro unlike Stellaris. It has a better theme and established history than Stellaris. I truly wish these games would let you start later at start up, so you could truly enjoy the mega construction and late game tech. So I cheat and mod it to do that. The mod community is much better for Stellaris but not bad. With Stellaris I felt they played the game a lot, where as the tech tree's are really tedious in Civ. Deeper and more complex than Masters of Orion but way easier than Stellaris. I like thier interface and theme better in Civ for sure. The Star Trek mod (horizon) for stellaris made that my favorite, but I like this for a quick sci fi game. Not too many expansions like Stellaris, so save up and get a package deal.

I love this story book game. Simple in mechanics, and good story telling. Give these guys a chance and you will become attached to the characters. This interactive story is replayable with some interesting choices to make, followed by the consequences for those choices. Will you stick to your guns or waffle before your advisors? It does a good job at putting you in some interesting situations that a leader would face.

This game delivers what it promises. Really you should hit UTube in my opinion before you buy any game. If your going to take my advice on anything, that would be it. That said..here we go:

Paradox has done it again this is a great game! I love the throne room sequences and interaction with NPC's is a lot of fun. The designers were clearly in a Game of Thrones mind set when they came up with the interactive stories you have.
Your legacy and progeny play a very important part in the game and manipulating bloodlines is key.
It is a building game as well with city buildings that improve with time,money, and research.
Culture and Religion also strongly impact the game and you can change both of those, adding to one of the many strengths of the game (Lots of detail here).
Warfare is very streamlined, this is not Hearts of Iron. It is adequate but very simplified like Civilization for those who need another reference. Your character and NPC's are in your armies as well making a huge impact sometimes.
Like most Paradox games it takes time to learn. The learning curve is much easier than other games they have made (Stellaris & Hearts of Iron for example).
Last and certainly not least is the Mods and mod community for Paradox is awesome, many times making it almost an entirely different game (Star Trek Horizons in Stellaris for example).

Sandbox and Good mouse driven UI that teaches you all you need to know if you spend the time. I have a G-Force RTX and crank on Ultra..insane space and planetary landscapes. If you ever played the RPG Traveler, this is it in a computer game. Exploration and Commerce with the expected threats of pirates and ancient Alien tech laying around etc. The Explorer/Survey fans with love this game, as will the crafters....tweek central!

Another top notch job, after the fine feather in your cap from Acting Lessons. Naked Hotti's Oh My! The sex scenes are very natural and well done. Story is so funny sometimes, LMAO on some of the Hell week stuff. Some will love the mini games, I like that they let you skip them and just enjoy the story and lovely sex scenes.
This game delivers and leaves you wanting more. I would gladly prepay, now that I know what you guys can kick out. I hope you let us languish a little in the relationships we have developed in the next episode. The thought of taking over one of the frat houses or taking sides with those trying is exciting. I sure hope Quinn lets you be a big part of her plans and I'll be put in moral dilemmas because of it...who knows maybe she will conspire with you to take over the ♥♥♥'s....I would just love that. Porn with character development and solid story writing, I love you guys. Give me some nice goodies for prepaying and I would gladly part with the cash for this high quality work. I think with little effort you could pack this with DLC and give it even better replay ability than it already has. The Club, Jobs on campus and off, criminal activity with Quinn,Frat and Sorority house management...list goes on. Well Done!.....Well Done Indeed!

Exactly what you want in story driven porn. Hot girls, great sex scenes. No gathering or pretending to be a sims porn mod. Click(mouse) next scene..and away you go. But for a porn this has an awesome story. Oh my!! Porn writers that can write. Decisions matter and trust me one is incredibly hard. Hats off to the writers on this. The twist was well done, thank you for that little bit of extra effort...painful but polished I never thought a simple adult porn would give me a morale dilemma that had nothing to do with sex.

I strongly suggest Utube for any real info on this game to do it justice. This game is why I won't prepay for C.A. games anymore. Angry Joe gave a spot on review when it first came out. I think it was more entertaining than the game at that time. The Mod communities again made this in to a great game instead of just an above average game.......after a lot of patching. This game will satisfy all the requirements for a good era war game, mods will do the rest. If you are a vanilla junkie and refuse the use of mods..then it may not be worth it unless you get it at a huge discount.

With exception of Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic MMO, this is my favorite game. With mods you can have any Sci-fi setting you like. The Star Trek Horizons mod is like a new game on to itself. Paradox keeps things patched up and going smooth. Build a space empire and get your geek on modding this game. Paradox makes it so easy to mod this game, the amount of tweeking you can do is truly fantastic. I would suggest UTube for tutorial. This game takes time to master, so don't expect to jump right in and play well, until you invest the time needed in the learning curve.

Creative Assembly has a bad reputation of releasing software that is still in alpha and barely playable. Rome 2 was the last time I pre-ordered anything from them. Given time (patches/1 year) they fixed it and it ran fine. I still would never pre-order a game from them. That said this game is awesome. This is a polished game that has both depth and imagination. The mod community like always helped make this game even better. But unlike other Total war games that depend on the mod community to make a great game, this one started great. This is the best Total war so far...which is saying a lot if you see my play times.

Depth and detail abound in this game. This is a big picture strategy game, you run the country of choice (any). You run theatre operations and control units down to a division. You can have the game follow history or not. The game is very mod-able and has a large selection of player mods. If you like tweaking everything in sight, this game is for you. The multiplayer part of the game is very well done. Takes many hours to play until you learn the interface, it goes at your speed style of play and can be paused. The designers do a good job of updating the game and obviously love what they are doing. This game will immerse you in the time period of WW2 and has huge replay- ability. I love it.
