Just got the game 10 minutes ago and started for the first time.

After signing into Microsoft Account and Accepting the EULA, nothing happens with a stuck loading bar.

UPDATE #1:
A second start of the game made it past the issue, prompting me with a 91GiB download which is currently ongoing.
