I played only 13 hours, and I forgot I even had this game, but I returned to it with a less arrogant mind.

A top down space shooter RPG, it's crude but works, however, the biggest disappointment is the Fleet, or I should say "Fleet", you get a total of 3 ships and there are a dozen other ship sizes that have amazing potential if you have an actual fleet, maybe 5 or possibly 9 at most.

And there is no mod to expand the fleet, 2 large ships, 3 mediums and the rest small to tiny.

There is a lot of factions and lords to play with. The map is HUGE.
However, there will be many you will make friends, many you will make enemies, many you will slay, the armies you will raise, the armies you will crush, the cities you will capture, pillage and raze.

Yet, you will still not be finished, rip and tear until you prove that life finds a way.

If you like Tomb raider, Rise of the Tomb raider is "more of the same" with a little extra.
The downside are the collectables, specifically the artifacts you can find, some have "additional information" and obtaining those can be obtuse.

Not much is changed besides graphical, however the graphics instead are mods that one can easily disable if they want the OG looks which despite primitive nowadays still has charm.

The only thing I can recall being an improvement or its memory messing with me that it is easier to hit smaller enemies such as the Monkeys in melee.

Gorgeous animals.

Utah raptors especially, first witnessing them in Zootycoon 2, and seeing them here is always grand, though they do have a booming bark, so ear plugs are highly recommended.

The Gigantoraptor, Big Tweety will deliver a mighty and nasty kick.

Great animals and glowing skins.

Downside: The Spinoceratops does not thrive in the winter focus biomes, for the animal will suffer the tundra and taiga penalties.

A great remake with amazing bells and whistles, as well as other aspects that are well streamlined.
Though some things were made in an interesting way, some odd but ok, though there is an odd attempt at standard combat hand units, IE, units that are just DPS.

The Arena of the gods is a collection of skirmishes with bonus abilities you can equip or de-equip which you can also play as the Chinese if you have Immortal pillars.

Warning: Arena of the gods may have some bugs thus you will have to be playing on standard and overall, not much going on for it, there is only 2 chapters.

An amazing expansion and escalations to tiberium wars though unfortunately the later single player missions will suffer a case of "checkpoints lacking" so be sure to save.

So I may not seem like it, but I once played it on a different platform, I tested the game many years ago here and it works, took a break and forgot about it.

Now trying to return to the game, seems the game fails to even boot up past 'Launching' in the library and then stops, the button go from blue to green 'play', as if I never attempted.

Therefore, I can only conclude that something was broke on steam's side, a broke game that worked before but now doesn't.

The game feels like an improvement over 4 such as more weapons and dialogue that sort of feels like fallout 3's, but its an MMO with some harsh stat systems and a late game where every enemy is far too spongy.

I can only assume that the subscription Fallout 1st might reduce the problematic durable enemies, for the record, I am not referring to the giant mutants or robots as I anticipate them to be durable, I mean some like ghouls despite having the damage perk cards active.
