I love this game! I was looking for a nice-looking, low-effort casual driving game, as I'm the complete opposite of a petrolhead. Long story short: this game got me hooked on rallying. I'm now reading articles on the historical vehicles that inspired the game's cars, I've turned my driving assists down almost to zero, and I'm practicing advanced driving maneuvers like the Scandinavian Flick. I'm even working on improving my lap times by a second or two each run. This has also become my go-to comfort game for when I just want to relax and take my mind off everyday stuff.

I know very little about this game going in and I must say it was a right thing to do. The game constantly manages to surprise me in a good way. If you think this a just a card game, you are seriously wrong, it is much more than that.

An amazing exploration game. I didn't know anything about this game going in, and just immediately charmed by this weird and cute cross between Little Prince, Kerbal Space Program and Groundhog Day.

I was looking for a chill arcade racer to take my mind off the serious stuff and found this gem. All what I was looking was here: quick loading (I don't want to wait 5 minutes and scroll through a ton of menus when I want to jump to a quick session), accessible gameplay (I'm not a hardcore simulator racing dude), and relaxing atmosphere. I found all this and surprisingly more: the innovating twin-stick steer/drift mechanic is fun and interesting, easy to grasp at first and with pretty high skill ceiling, a very satisfying to learn and finally get that nasty double curve bend perfectly while drifting at a funny angle. The games more are pretty varied and game has a ton of content in a form of campaign, various modes, split screen racing, ton of tracks. Also the stylized aesthetic of the game is very nice and works great for this type of game.

The only complaint I have, is the soundtrack is entirely forgettable, but it is easy to remedy (as I did) by just putting a funky 80s radio of your favorite streaming service and turning off in-game music entirely.

This game is an absolute blast, both in single player and with couple of friends.

It is first rogue-lite game that got me hooked. I'm not usually into repeating game-play, but thanks to great story, design and gameplay, I just can't stop playing.

After playing first few hours I was ready to give this game a great review. Despite being brutally difficult, it felt most fair, and stellar soundtrack, great design and character made me enjoy game a lot.

Unfortunately I came to conclusion I can not recommend the game because of horrible level design. Farley early in the game you come to an area (shipwrecks, "Where Water Glistened") which is so frustratingly bad and made me quit the game and never come back. At this level they introduce a new mechanic: wheelie balancing on the ropes, which if finicky and not fun (smallest mistakes make you fall though). But it could have forgiven the bad mechanic and moved on, if not for atrocious level design which made this mechanic 100 times worse: there are a sections which have 3+ level of ropes, and failing on top rope make you fall all the way back to the bottom of the level, forcing you to start all over again. Moreover dying couple of times at different sides of the map because of this mechanics caused me to loose most of hard collected viscera which made the whole exercise even more frustrating. And this is not about difficulty - this is just back design, which devs should fix.

To summarize: I still car recommend to buy the game on deep discount to play first few hours, but devs need to fix the levels (or mechanics) before game could be considered fully playable.

Wow, this is turned out to be much better than I expected. I bought out of love for 40k, but it turned out to be genuinely great old-school FPS, with great gunplay, excellent movement system, crazy satisfying exploding enemies and excellent sound design. I can wholeheartedly recommend this both to people who love 40k, and those who like DOOM-style fast paced action and might not even heard about 40k.
