It's normal for characters to have different strengths and weaknesses. Eliza's strength is that, and to compensate she has awful neutral and no pressure, bad frames and short reach with her punches and kicks. You can't expect every character to be a carbon copy of each other with a different skin.

I mean it's unranked I don't care, I just don't understand why Eliza can launch me when I'm not even pressing wake up, it's some kinda "meter" that launch me for another combo without chances ...
