Yes, I added for help with WH sound files. I really don't mean to bother you at all, so if you cannot help that's fine. I've extracted the WEM files, and I don't mind wading through them, but I cannot find a means to convert them from WEM to OGG to MP3.

Whoo boy it's been a long time since M2TW people came to my comment section!
It's a perfectly fine question and things have changed a bit since you posted that.

Desktop shortcuts often don't work as they require the disk version of M2TW which as you can understand doesn't work as well!
The "folder renaming" option I method causes issues should you need to redownload vanilla. That leaves the Steam launch options, which are explained here:https://v1.steam.hlxgame.cc/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=290002657

As for what all this does, it's a way to launch mods!

Nevertheless to preserve casuality of the universe (a request being accepted on the basis of a comment which does not arrive would cause a singularity starting from my Steam profile's saved location in the US and rapidly expanding outwards), not to mention law and order in my comments section (which if you browse through the history will occasionally see is a one-man dictatorship) it is good to see that a comment has been left.

1) Steam stuffed up, try rewriting a message (it does this...) try something like Test
2) Character limit of 1 000 IIRC and it doesn't always tell you
3) it may be you're blocked by one of the contributors - I have my own block list but you're not on it (you clearly can't be if you're able to post comments!)
