Ca. 10 g frysetørrede hindbær
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then stir in the milk and oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Heat a large, non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake into the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the pancakes are golden brown.
Serve the pancakes warm with your choice of toppings, such as syrup, butter, and fruit.
