Incredible addition to the franchise, never before have I had a hallway be the scariest thing I've seen in my entire life, then an hour later turn into a scene out of a John Woo movie, and have both parts feel entirely coherent with each other

It's called Hades II because I've logged 2 times the hours as I did in Hades 1
Fluid and snappy gameplay, incredible artwork and writing, this game takes everything the first did incredibly and cranks it up to 11. Easy GOTY choice, even from the initial Early Access

Absolutely phenomenal horror experience, featuring the best use of a fixed camera perspective I've seen in a modern game. This is horror story rather than horror action, but this is by no means a bad thing, just a heads up to those who might have wanted to fight ghosts instead of figure out the mystery behind them.
Overall, highly recommend, especially to fans of games like Silent Hill or Resident Evil.

The game's hitboxes would make Melee Jigglypuff blush

I managed to play this game for about 4 hours on day 1, and it was pretty sick while it lasted. But it also took about 30 minutes of attempts to launch, and ever since I can't even get the game's window to show up in my taskbar. Bethesda's support team just sent me the FAQ again, and every attempt I've tried has gotten me nowhere. I'd love to change the review to positive, but until they get around to patching whatever this apparently common issue is, I can't really say much nice about it
