Always eager to take on a new task, whether hard or simple, and tackles it diligently, without question or complaint. This positive attitude inspires others too. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting. Sometimes Frodo My Baggins needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Frodo My Baggins always completes tasks to a high standard. Care and accuracy is obvious even when put under pressure of time. Prepared to work all the extra hours it takes to meet the deadline.
