I love this game, I truly do.

But it is the World of Warcraft of its genre. It was great when it came out and was pretty strong early on in its life, but as time went on and Arrowhead released more and more warbonds and updates, things just became progressively more broken and neutered. Yet in spite of that, players still hold on and play. They remember how things were and they hope that the next warbond/update won't be utter garbage that maybe- MAYBE- has 1 good weapon or stratagem in it. Fuel silos, things that are filled with combustible liquid that goes boom? They cannot be destroyed by most high explosive ordinance- 500kg bomb, missile silo, airstrikes? Not enough power to make something flammable blow up, so you'll either need to call in a hellbomb, bring a portable hellbomb, or use a long cooldown orbital bombardment to take out a fuel silo. A fuel silo.

The missile silo already struggles to find a place in a loadout given that a good chunk of buildings cannot be destroyed by it, save for SOME fabricators, mortar emplacements, and turrets- but why use something you paid money to unlock in a warbond? It's not the grunt fantasy that Arrowhead desperately wants to push. They will neuter anything that is conceivably fun and only rarely make buffs to things. I remember when the revolver was a reload by bullet regardless of if the cylinder was empty and when players wanted to have a speed loader for when it was completely empty, Arrowhead resisted and didn't want to add that until they eventually caved. A speed loader for a revolver was resisted initially, so that tells me that the thought of adding a stripper clip to a bolt action rifle is entirely out of the question for Arrowhead. "BuT tHaTs a MEmE gUn!" Just because something can have its description say that it is a ceremonial rifle does not mean that they do not have to make it in any way shape or form *more* fun to use.

One True Flag, a stratagem that serves absolutely zero purpose. Not even a small AoE of democracy protects or just a damage reduction for the wielder of it? People spent time to grind the super credits for that or gave money to Arrowhead to get a piece of content that they might not have known was just made "for the vibes."

I have nothing against things being made "for the vibes," but I do have a problem with Arrowhead consistently dropping the ball on making fun weapons/stratagems, game breaking mission bugs that were not broken prior to an update (that didn't even modify that mission type), and just neutering alternative playstyles with nerfs to anything that could be remotely fun to use but they refuse to add any sort of quality of life changes to that might make it even better to use versus the "meta." I have a problem when they release new stratagems in warbonds that must be paid for with either time farming super credits or with money and barely release any free stratagems despite explicitly stating that most stratagems won't be locked behind a warbond. I have a problem when most weapons they release in warbonds are either the new meta gun or something that is unlocked just to unlock the next page of the warbond.

Enemies have ignored terrain since launch, either by just walking through it, shooting through it, or just straight up spawning in it. Some enemies will even shoot through THEMSELVES to hit you despite them having not turned around to face you, so you'll be getting shot by an enemy that has its back turned to you. Bugs that have been in the game since launch are still present and have no foreseeable fix in sight. Rocket devastator enemies used to be MUCH more punishing and spammed you constantly with rocket barrages (with rockets they never ran out of mind you). If you were hit by a rocket from a rocket devastator barrage, you were instantly dead. Arrowhead defended that decision because why would you survive a rocket? Yet democracy protects exists. They eventually reduced the damage from a rocket devastator barrage and later gave them finite rockets, but the fact that they just resisted making a change to something that their player base, their consumer, did not like because it did not "fit their vision." This isn't a company that is resisting what investors want because the investors want to take their child and morph it into a soulless machine, it is a restaurant that doesn't want to remove the tomato from your burger because then it wouldn't be considered *their* burger.

Arrowhead does NOT respect the time that you put into their game, they will not listen to majority of player feedback, and bugs that were introduced 2 major updates ago will remain while they concoct a new warbond that you'll pay them for.
