[醬油拉麵做法]

1.將蒜頭切末，薑切片。

2.鍋內放1大匙麻油，熱油後放入蒜末和薑片爆香。

3.接著放入1小匙豆瓣醬炒香。

4.放入昆布柴魚高湯和醬油，加熱至沸騰後再加點胡椒和辣油就是醬油湯頭。

5.燒一鍋水(水量約麵的10倍)，水滾後放入拉麵，煮約80秒。

6.拉麵煮好後撈起瀝乾，放入麵碗中。

7.加入湯頭和配料，完成！
