The game is much better now. The graphics have received a huge upgrade, and there have been many balance changes that make the game a much better competitive experience. I'm glad they have focused on the core multiplayer experience rather than changing things like max pop and group selection limits, which would fundamentally and negatively change the game. Also, removing the need the pointless grinding to unlock all the cards was a great move that makes the game much friendlier to new players
