"when I grow up, I wanna be a mad computer scientist!" he says into your ear, playfully pressing close, his black fur illuminated by the neon lights of the city, making his eyes shine in the low light. you find this odd, as for one, he's already an adult. for another, he's absolutely, adorably mad. and of course, you know of no one more obsessed with science- especially computer science- than this grinning fool of a cat. the dissonance doesn't seem to bother him as he giggles, following you down rain-slicked pavements to the quiet, hidden places cities cultivate.
