Early Access Review
Quick, Dynamic Fun
Thronefall highlights the best elements of those large-scale RTS titles, and presents it in a fun, bite-sized game.

Even with the limited content of early release, there are plenty of combinations and strategies to be taken as you progress through each play. Win or lose, you're rewarded with new abilities, new weapons, and new in-game challenges to test your mettle. The diversity of enemies at each level, on each map, are a refreshing twist to the game play and can be played differently every time.

Play it a little or play it a lot, you're guaranteed have to a great time for a great value.

A Refreshing Addition to any Library

Warpips is a fantastic tug-of-war game, empowering the player with a commander oversight to deploy troops and weapons onto the all-too-narrow-battlefield. Resource management in this game is a great macro-level addition, as the player chooses to (a) gamble their chances against a stout enemy or (b) steam roll them with the true might of your entire arsenal.

Time flies when you're having fun and here, you're moving at warp(ip) speed!

I'm late to this game (literally) but I found myself working backwards, thoroughly enjoy the studios' other game first, Into the Breach. FTL brings that same pseudo-RTS stylistic game play with a comfortable arsenal of versatility to replay over and over again.

It's good, simple fun that any game should strive to achieve.
