A nostalgia ride for those of us behind the Iron Curtain, and a great way to learn about the Soviet lifestyle for those outside of it. The game sets the general mood and attitude of those times perfectly, with a bitter twist. Many amazing cultural and historical references, entertaining dialogue, great story and characters all around. The translation is great, too bad many russian jokes and anecdotes can't be translated, though.
As for the gameplay, it's unforgiving enough to mean a real challenge, though I feel like you have to rely on save-whoring a tad too much at times.
Overall, an amazing game and experience. Can't wait for future updates. Give this game a go if you're a fan of the original Fallout games and/or would like to learn more about lifestyle and culture within the USSR. Price is well worth the many hours of content the game has to offer.
