Liked the handling, liked the new content, didn't like how the game runs like ♥♥♥♥ compared to the other milestone titles.
Can play MXGP3 and MESX on ultra no problem but this one on ultra runs like trash, especially in the compound.

On top of that the PHAT paywalls every DLC takes the fun away and forces you to either recieve illigitimate money or grind.

Yes It is a 3rd party application - But it's only visual, Had the account from Day 1 of GTA:O
- Had glitched in money from XBOX which was 1st strike (1st year of GTA Being out)
- Then recieved another for running Online with offline mods (2 Years ago)
- Banned for using ReShade around April.

Use to be a good game and the state of the game before 1.0 was somewhat acceptable. BUT, no optimisation patch, game runs like ♥♥♥♥ still, A3:BR ran much better.

The game needs to get the foundations sorted and put it on a new engine.

It was the best BR out there at one point but since they lied and decided cosmetics and invitationals where alot more important than making a basic functioning

Once bugs have been ironed out and the game is updates to actually work. It might be worth the buy.

Must buy, stealth is great and loud is fun.

Game is too easy on low difficultues so a must play on harder.

Having friends makes this game alot better

Pretty fun, 100% completion, 2 smokes sound great and ride well.

MXGP Pro might be a better buy.

Got this on sale and not regretted buying it.

This couldn't be closer to the truth.

Friend bought me this game to play Zombies. Would reccomend. Steam Workshop support makes mods easy to install and play top shelf meme maps.

You should buy this for great fun*.

Great sim, Great gamemodes, Great mods, Overall would reccomend.


However, make sure you're playing in 64bit and your PC doesn't mind being kinky, some servers run perfectly fine and others will choke your PC. FPS on some will be a stable 25 so make sure you have a little bit of motion blur to make it not look like ass.


Much better when you are playing with someone else

I have always prefered this over GTA5 just because of the memories of it on PS3 and Xbox 360.

Fixing the game and making it work is pretty easy.
Option 1) Google "GTA 4 Steam 2018" and follow the guides
Option 2) Google "GTA 4 latest patch" and dowload/install
Option 3) Deal with it.

10/10 would reccomend.

Oh, and you don't get banned for using reshade :)

Good game, great concept and done well.
Fun to play solo as well as a squad.
However, not really a pick up and play.

New players will hate it due to the steep skill curve and consitant dying to peek holes, spawn peeks and being killed due to prefires as well as vertical play but should stick with it to become better.

Advice:
-Fine tune you sensitivity to something familiar (cm/360)
-Adjust graphics to your liking (find a balance between performance and visability)
-3 star all scenarios and speed run them
-Play terrorist hunt on all the maps
-Watch ALL the killcams and teammates to see how they play
-Watch videos
-Learn to play a main role such as Thermite/Thatcher as well as a support role like Sledge or Twitch on attack
-Learn to play an Anchor such as Doc/Rook as well as a roamer like Pulse and a prevention op such as Bandit/Mute on defend.
-Listen to teammates if they talk
-Try to play with people more experienced than you and who don't mind helping you, this way you will have people who can help you out as well as learn how to play a role in a team.
-Learn tricks such as bullet murder holes/lines to bandit juggling.
-Stick with it as it is very easy to be put off this game
