The gameplay is exquisite in terms of the feel of both Worlds and Rise for a Monster Hunter title.

What kills the recommendation for me are mainly two things.
The bad graphics performance in certain parts of the game especially in some of the camp areas.
And the lack of full controller mapping and only allowing you certain premade layouts.

Another thing that is to note is since it is Capcom there of course is Denuvo in the game which guess what decided to crap it self the moment the game released.

If Capcom manages to fix some of these issues I will be changing my review.
I’m on a 3070 Ti so GPU performance should not be an issue if there is optimisation passes taken further.

All in all I can understand that not everything might go as what people expect since game development I know is a multi year endevor so often it takes time even for change to take place.

Edit after TU2:
The game now properly reports the VRAM usage and thus there has been some performance uplifts to the game. I will however say this that it is highly recommended to use a 8GB VRAM GPU to play this game. But other than that I feel this is now at the point where I'm going to recommend this game for other people if their interested in trying a Monster Hunter title.
