Steam does not make it easy to separate a purchase, they knew this from the beginning. over ten years ago every purchase ask is this for you or for gift? if it’s a gift it has a onetime open end. after a steam purchase is linked to an account its almost 100% permeant. It’s extremely rare for steam to allow relinking of bought apps. or verified keys.... That’s my thoughts on the topic anyways, admittedly speculation on some of that, but I can’t imagine it being to open in that policy

I misread your post. sorry I’m tired, and was then as well. moreover, one starts to read something, and it sounds close to what they are subconsciously seeking and they end up hearing what they want to hear instead of what was said... My sincere apologies, and finally I completely agree, to many punks on here. unfortunately, one would have to have foreseen the intention to sell their U-boat backer, if they meant to. I’ve thought about it see. and they are not likely to grant access to their entire steam account. and since many if not all of the Backer beta account keys where distributed via Steam and also live checked on every application start of the Engine running UBOOT, unless one had made a new account to put the beta on and when they had/had their fill of the game could then give away the account with access key included....
