a very creative mixture of atari brick breaker, galaga, and doodle god. throw in some mild town management mechanics in and you've got ball x pit. the game can be as hard or as easy as you want it to, especially late game. getting every achievement was pretty fun too - it took me the hours listed on this review to 100%,

a beautiful game (in both visuals and music) with some pretty fun movement mechanics and secrets to uncover. unfortunately i had to play in short bursts because the game was literally making me seasick lol

this game inspires unfathomable amounts of hatred in me

the gameplay is very awkward & slow if you've played persona 5, but other than that, it's great. my only other complaint is that some of the jokes & story beats haven't aged well at all.
