I quit my job and left my family to become a full-time in-game trucker. My parents aren't very supportive of my decision, as I moved back in their basement... but if they give me a hard time about it, I will start playing Crime Scene Cleaner.

This game is not dead. Dev responds and there are updates. If you enjoy building, this game is the best.

This is a Profile Features Limited game, meaning the achievements don't count... That is partially my fault for not checking, but I would never think I needed to! How does an achievement collecting game not count towards achievements? Considering the type of game this is and who would be purchasing... there should be a more prominent warning that this is a Profile Features Limited game. There should also be a warning that the achievements won't count. At least I only lost 49 cents to find out. If the limit on the Profile Features goes away, I would then recommend the game and will update my review. Also I disagree with the "cool OST" description, but that isn't really a deal breaker or why anyone would be interested in this game.

Have well over 300 hours of play time on this game and I absolutely love it. Used to play WoW but it got so boring, felt like I just sat in Org all the time with nothing to do and dungeon finder took a lot away from the game. EQ2 has so much to the game, I have played for 300 hours and have barely even scratched the surface with so much more to explore and see and do. It is free to play but you need to buy the latest expansion to unlock that content, but theres tons to do before you even get to that point. It isn't like wow where if you don't have the expasion there is no point in playing. The monthly membership is a nice perk but definately not needed, and the store items are mostly cosmetic or frill items, its definately not a pay to win game. Anything you can buy in the store you can get better in game, even xp potions will be gotten over time if you dont want to buy. after a week, month, 3 months, 6 months, and then yearly intervals you get awesome rewards by typing /claim (also how you get your perks from any collector edition expansions you buy or preorder bonuses you get). I would definately recommend this game to someone who is looking for a MMO that is new but still has a classic feel to it. Even the graphics have held up pretty well for its age, but it won't compare to games like black desert online. But I'll take a slight dip in graphic quality for a huge, well fleshed game that is a ton of fun. Most criticisms of the game from when it was first released have been fixed since and improved.
