Fantastic game, chill to play! Gives HoMM vibes and adds its own flavor.
Artstyle and graphics are really nice if you like the pixel-retro style. Mod support in form of custom maps, campaigns and weilders is a plus for longevity. The devs listen to feedback and communicate well on their Discord. The campaign is currently being overhauled.

Early Access Review
Just NO! Super shallow, boring search and walk levels, trial and error, no respawn in multiplayer and many downtimes. Mechanics lacking and items without real use. Super boring. Can't understand the "very positive" here.

I'd rather bang my toe nail for an hour than play that again!

I have tried other roguelike deckbuilders, but none of them compare to Slay the Spire. Great depth and variety.
