Valve's attempt on a zombie game. As all other their games this one is good, even better than that. It lacks good story, missions not always coupled together well, campaigns are almost not connected but... but overall gameplay is fun. Second game is way better than the first one in many aspects, more weapons, more missions, more interesting items, more unique zombies, better graphics. Gameplay is well thought and interesting, levels are versatile, a lot of interesting places to kill zombies. From time to time game can be hard, especially on the higher difficulty levels. Main aspect is made on the coop here, playing with bots is not that fun.
Multiplayer is a separate story. There are a lot of things to do here, a lot of maps, game mods, achievements, you need to know maps well. Players with hundreds or thousands of hours do not tolarate novice players, often you can be kicked from the game because you are not playing the same way as they want you to play. However overall multiplayer experience is very nice and rewarding, you need sometime to get used to it but when you do you will like it for sure.
And the last thing - achievements. There are tons of them for both single and multiplayer, almost all of them can be doable however some requires huge amount of time. And "Good Guy Nick" achievement is very hard to do since it depends on the Valve's event which happens very rarely.
Overal - old game about zombies, very well executed in all aspects, recommended.

Old and worse than the original however not as bad as everyone said. Worth an attention if you are looking for another Deus Ex game.

One of the best Counter Strike games available. Updated visuals, updated maps, updated modes, updated almost everything, labor of love. Special thanks for Arms Race mode, real fun. Definitely recommended.

Just good old game, nothing fancy - kill them all with minimal upgrade system. Recommended.

They greatly improved graphic so now you need a better hardware. However the game itself feels a bit different from what it was in Human Revolution. Will finish this review later, after the final boss.

Simply one of the best old school games... ever. I wish one day they make remastered version using cutting edge technologies and achievements of course. In meantime, will play this 16-years old masterpiece of its time.

There is one really good remastered version - Deus Ex: Revision. It has tons of fixes, improvements, better graphics, 200+ achievements and is just a pure fun to play. Highly recommended.
