My first impression is im impressed by lovely voxel graphics and cool physics and particle effects like smoke.
I dont like that the game is mostly based on time limits i hate time limits in any game but to be fair Teardown lets you up the time limit to 2 minutes or even just skip the mission.
Its still early access right now so only can get better but time limits suck in any game for me

got re-released without any option to upgrade this release to new version

Lovely artstyle! amazing low res low color pixelart
the game looks and plays great in controls and is very fun at the beginning but then the difficulty ramps up from challenging to insanely frustrating!

you will replay some rooms and bosses dozens of times
i despised beeing locked out of areas i could still explore/get missing items after activating the generator
i fought trough the areas obstacle after obstacle but at the plague hive i calmquit and uninstalled
it was just too much and the level design before that area including the lava part with those hanging plants shooting you from out of screen/unreacheable as well

i just beat dark souls before going to this game and even that was less frustrating

the enemies are very annoying in their movesets and often chase you as well as their projectiles
example you shoot a flying enemy that chases you which explodes into 2 smaller enemies that hit you right away
and: "YO DAWG i heard ya like boss phases so imma put a boss phase into your boss phase"

the beam range never gets upgraded and having to jump up to reach bosses all the time was annoying
the beam is basicaly a melee weapon that takes a long time to swing because of the charge shot which you will be using always once you get it
enemies drop nothing and are just there to drain your health

music is ok but sound effects are bad.
enemies exploding sound like baloons popping and you getting hit sounds off

im kinda sad it turned out be so frustrating i really loved it until it became so frustrating
enough is enough wont be playing this again

only buy this if you enjoy frustratingly hard games like "i wanna be the guy" or "ninja gaiden"/similar frusrating NES games

RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!

1. buy game
2. idle for cards
3. spend 5 money to complete set
4. craft badge and get lewd background
5. spend your gems to craft boosterpacks for this game and sell

pretty sturdy bejeweled-like game underneath all that cringe
xp and skills to choose from for prefered game style
easy on the eyes

Could prove a real challenge to get a rpg with more content for your money

ok game
something you play trough and then forget after the hype evaporizes
no mod support!
player is forced to watch extremely boring voiced animations on a computerscreen and/or while beeing locked in a room
cutscenes take control away from the player
if you play one snapmap you have seen all premade parts and other snapmaps will never feel fresh

60€ might be too much for ~9h gameplay thats why i can not recommend it

i love kings bounty armored princess crossworlds but this one in the series is not good
very buggy and with lots of empty ugly areas.
the writing is horrible and the characters you play are unlikeable jerks
quality is no where close to the other titles
dont buy this one get crossworlds which includes armored princess with dlcs
