At first glance it might seem like just a nice little simplistic twin-stick action brawler. That's what I thought. But once you get the hang of the cards, it really opens up a whole other level.

Don't get me wrong - the basics are still fine, but it's the card element that gives this game it's longivety. Combined with the different rules set down for each battle, the different champions, pets and cards create a lot of variation. Sometimes it does make it a little to easy maybe, when the rules and cards combine to make it possible for some pretty OP builds, but most of the time it's nice.

Being a boring adult with kids'n'stuff I can also really appreciate the game being split up in manageble battles of abt. 10 minutes, which makes it great for short sessions as well.

The technical stuff seems fine. GFX, Audio and controls are def. pretty decent level for an indie game. But again - it's the depth offered by the cards that is this game's real draw (see what I did there!).
