Good physics and force feedback, especially driving the classic cars. Generally good online racing on the ranked servers.

Fantasic immersion in all important aspects: Graphics, sound, gameplay, story etc.
The game manages to offer an open world that feels alive and interactive without forcing the player to interact through tedious collecting and grinding. Collecting and grinding is ofcourse possible, but it is well integrated with the overall game mechanics and atmosphere of the game.

Most of all the storytelling is believable and well written, both in regard to the "main" story line and side quests. The distinction between the two is not drawn by a sharp line, but are instead rather well integrated which I find very positive. The story quests, side quests and open world carries each other well.

Some slight negatives: Controlls are most of the time tight, responsive and functional, but both in-game and paus menues are sometimes a bit clumsy and hard to overview.
Personally I would've liked to quick save and quick load more easily in the open world. As it is now stupid player mistakes can ruin uniqe random encounters.

Well designed. A fresh follow-up on the first game.
