This game makes the happy chemicals in my brain so it is a YES from me

Was having fun until I was attacked by a fellow player, which isn't an issue. The issue is that I was able to escape back to my base and as soon as I got there the ability to TURN was no longer available so I ran into a rock until the guy killed me and took my stuff so that was cool. I don't have a problem with people killing me or anything but when it is because I CANNOT CONTROL my character anymore I get a little pissed.

Obviously I've played this game quite a bit and I have to say it is a very fun game.... when you are in single player. Multiplayer is extremely broken. I got this game for the multiplayer part to begin with. It honestly didn't have quite the trouble with disconnecting that it does not but was littered with other multiplayer bugs, many of which have been fixed and replaced with other, sometimes worse, bugs. Me and my buddy can only play for about 10 minutes at a time MAYBE before one of us (usually the one who is not host) loses connection. We have also run into disappearing saves which makes playing very demotivating when you have to do EVERYTHING all over again.
I honestly want to love this game, as I keep coming back to it but every time I end up so frustrated with this game and the game breaking bugs.

Can't skip the LONG and BORING tutorial once you click it for online.

I'm about 5 hours into the story and I don't think I could recommend this game because of the amount of bugs I have encountered. It has gotten very frustrating and I've had to walk away multiple times because of having to replay parts because of a game breaking bug. Gets very frustrating with a slow paced game like this. If it wasn't for the amount of bugs I could recommend it but not as it currently is. It is just frustrating.

Though I do enjoy this game to an extent, I don't think I could ever recommend this to someone. It seems to be based off of random events and such which is usually ok for this type of game, but there is a lot of problems. For example I have the chance of rain set to "good" but I almost always die before even getting to day 20 because it rains ONE TIME (usually day 2 or 3) then never again. I tried to horde it, tried going on an expedition with the little I had to find things to trade, I tried making as many collectors right off the bat. It does not matter. It never rains. Doesn't matter what the stats or difficulty is set at. In the span of 20 days it rains 1 time MAYBE two if I'm lucky, but I have not found any way to survive past day 20 because I can't even do anything because I HAVE NO WATER. It has just gotten frustrating at this point.

It was very creepy and at times I got legitimately scared and would find myself chugging my arms to get to the hidey-hole as fast as possible. Decided to play this right before bed and now I got the heebie-jeebies and will be fiercely hugging my cat tonight.

Few things of note, nothing bad, the tutorial did not work at all for me. The game started just fine with the Start Game cassette but the Tutorial cassette did not work. So from watching someone else's play through of the game and watching them play tutorial, I found out that loud noises is one of the things that sets off the monster. I had no idea that that was it, I thought it had something to do with being in the piano room. Looking back, every time I knocked all the books off of the bookcases the monster would appear... hindsight is 20/20 lol

Got stuck about halfway through, where dialog never started where it should have, cut scene never started, and door to progress never unlocked. Double checked online and yes I did everything I was suppose to previously, but game refuses to progress. I was really enjoying the story but the game is just broken and I have no desire to replay half the game as it is fairly slow paced.
