Goated game and amazing combat

This game is probably the most underated horror game on the market, great atmosphere, characters, horror, gameplay loop etc. When I beat the game I was astounded that the first ending only has a 4% clear. This game is a fun ride through and through. The game is very hard, but the death penalty is quite leniant so it balances out. If I had to give any cons It would be the black goo, I felt that mechanic was too underdeveloped and although its only in the second chapter, Its still annoying. Besides that miniscule complaint this game is a mastapeece! 10/10 would eat grandma mushroom again.

A myriad of reasons

just use the the one one the website I find it easier to install addons

I play this in on and off and in my gameplay there are a couple things I liked and disliked.
What I liked:
The Physics: An important part of the series which spices up the linear gameplay, but it is often bogged down as you concentrate most of your power defending and attacking specific points on the map which doesn't show the interesting interactions of the player and the environment.
Campaign: The Soviet story is... something i guess, but if you want to progress a series of more difficult challenges, then get the American campaign.
Mods: Mods are few but are often of good quality, most community interaction is maps, sometimes ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sometimes not it depends.

What I disliked
Multiplayer: Lots of issues, for me sometimes it's hard to connect to an online match although this may just be me.
Very linear: The gameplay is so stricken on these resource points which are just unfun to play around, lots of the time I would play with Cheat Commands 2 in order to remove a lot of the resource points and just give ai and player lots of resources.
Mac Compatibility: Sometimes i play this on my Mac and it runs quite well, especially for a 64bit game, although the newest mac update did increase compatibility.

What I would want
Something like Men Of Wars battle creater thing idk.

Overall rating 7/10 (Keep in mind this rating means quite good)
