I love this game but since the recent anti piracy additions the game now performs so badly that it is unplayable for me in it's current state

The performance on this game is absolutely dreadfull, I play the witcher 3 on very high settings and I get about 50 FPS, on this game I have the settings on low and it sutters throughout and I only get 40 fps...........
