Great start to a game I look forward to playing for years to come.

A truly unique experience. I've never played a game like this and I probably will never play another game like this. 100% worth the purchase.

This game has been an incredibly fun play. It has almost no text based tutorials, is a metroidvania, is focused on exploration and puzzle solving.

It's probably my favorite game of 2024 so far. High recommendation from me.

Very enjoyable tiny tower defense.

I haven't finished the game but there's a lot of cool little ideas packed into this game. If nothing else, it's introduced me to new things in the tower defense genre of which I've played a lot.

If I could conditionally recommend this game I would. My main issues with this game are polish at this point. It has really solid bones. I think a 6 months to a year of polish would turn this good game into a very solid one.

Examples of polish issues are factions running right past each other for a pre-set target, AI unit production not being tied to resources (therefore, you can't reduce production by robbing them of resources), AI being allowed to take your city while your units are fighting under it, Sandworms not eating AI units, Some unit balance issues, etc. etc.

I love this game. I've played this game a lot. But, unfortunately, since the new 2k launcher has come out the game crashes every 10-30 turns. Which is an unplayable state and forces me to not recommend the game.

And, just for reference, I am up to date on windows and graphics drivers.

I would give this game a solid 7/10. There's an achievement that shows that only 28% of players (at the time of writing) have even met the third boss of five in the game and there's a reason. Effectively you solve the game when you play the first boss. The hook after that is that the story is interesting. But it's kind of a slog from every sector after the first sector from a game play perspective.

That said, solid game. I enjoy the core game play loop though the combat could use some refinement.

I loved Subnautica and I love Subnautica: Below Zero. It's more of what I enjoyed and that's very much good enough for me.

The game isn't as good as the first one by a decent margin but that's ok. I have still enjoyed it regardless.

This is one of my favorite games.
