I really wish they would add a bit more variation to the maps. The Kiln is just... annoying by now. Otherwise i really enjoy it.

IK did not think this game would be as addictive as it was, because it seems deceptively simple. However next to all the combinations of weapons and weapon evolutions there is such a metric ton of stuff to unlock that it feels sheer endlessly motivating. Free and Payed DLC is also on rather high quality and add so much on top AGAIN that it just turns the game into something 20 times worth its price. I hope they keep adding to it.

I would love to be able to play Multiplayer without limitations though if i choose to.

Cronos is needlessly difficult at points it really needs to keep it in its pants, and while i do love the aesthetic and the Gameplay itself otherwise, as its pretty much Dead Space with a bunch if nice and fresh ideas, flooding the tutorial level with situations that punish you way too hard to allow any learning to happen is pretty much making me think like after development some guy came in that REALLY has to compensate for something noteworthily tiny to ♥♥♥♥ it up for everyone else. There is no need to do any of the things it does here, especially if it makes these moments also very tedious to do right (for example: why on earth do i need to burn about 10 bodies in one section, when i need to head back to the loading station after every single use to get exactly 1 fuel capsule? Wouldnt it have been fine to just give me 10 this once or just make it less needlessly strewn about bodies to get your point across? This is not teaching me anything, it makes me groan and be bored.).

This is not how tutorial levels work. The image of the remarkably sexually insecure designer, who really gets hard when he knows he can irritate players gets even harder to ignore, when other tutorial-related experiences are outright not doable because the game refuses to give you the materials to do that. Oh, i can upgrade my suit here? ... Well, i guess i got to take your word for it, as you did not provide me with the materials and i cannot even upgrade my gun, because i got 3 whole shots left and every enemy needs about 4 to the face to die... and as the drops have been so sparse so far, improving my guns "stability" just doesnt seem to be worth it when it means i get eaten alive since melee does ♥♥♥♥ all in this game to the point of me wondering if its just in there because Dead Space had it.

Because Dead Space had it seems to be a general gist in a lot of things, because while dismantling defeated enemy bodies by stomping is a thing like it is in Dead Space, the insecure guy went "Eeehhh, but what if..." again, and made this only work for freshly defeated enemies, not fore the other 5000 corpses laying about everywhere that can be very much also picked up by other enemies to get stronger... but can only be burned with that single use fuel cell instead for whatever reason. So, my impression is someone wanted to put this in, but the guy with the flaccidity-issues felt this level of logic would make the game too easy and inuitive...

These weird design choices are just bad. And while they do not ruin the game, as there is still a lot to like, they are so stupid and clearly made by someone so incompetent, that the amount of groaning i got to do every other corner might end up healing my muteness.

I will still upvote it... because its a legit good game. But its also a prime example of difficulty for difficulty sake, adding nothing to the experience and sacrifices a lot of its coherence and potential fun factor just to try and be particulary challenging to an audience that is not going to show up to this party.

I do like the game a lot. I would say im not a shooter person, mind, but considering how much i played other games this is probably wrong. But did play BF6 in the Beta and enjoyed it and with some smaller issues i still enjoy it now.

I am still giving it a downvote for one single reason tho and that is the unlock-system. I cannot imagine people actually enjoying this...

I wrote this with a bit of frustration but my point stands: Reach arbitrary 500 levels in this career before you can do 50 meaningless challenges of stuff you probably did twice over already by the time you reached said arbitrary level to unlock baseline features of your class. Alternatively: Reach arbitrary 500 levels in this carer before you can do 50 ABSURDLY demanding tasks... to unlock baseline features of your class. C4 for example is a feature to make Recon viable as support against vehicles. Why on earth do you suddenly think after like half a dozen games in the franchise it should be the dead last item to unlock? This just makes no sense...

Also weapon unlocks are waaay too late. What the heck... I want to unlock the stuff before the inevitable battlefield 7 comes out in 8 months. Some weapons are so deep in the game, the game will have dropped off before most people will see them. Plus attachments need to be unlocked all over for every weapon, which in some cases makes an absolute night and day difference... which is an issue in itself...

Lastly, to go on a tanget: Even tho this failed on every level in the past years, EA still couldnt help it but force characters on us instead of just letting us be some soldier. I do not care what those people are named. This isn't an RPG. And if it was i certainly wouldn't pick any of those absurd looking creatures ranging from sweaty to absurdly oily eyebrows over the one guy who has a nose so big he cant wear his tactical mask properly. This is a bit silly if you remember that this was a massive point in the last Battlefield with the stupid Operator-Stuff that everyone does since Siege. Just let me pick a Gender for the voice and and keep your nightmareish visions of what human beings look like...

Games like Arena Breakout always have the exact same flaw: You don't win by being good at anything. You win by being a ♥♥♥♥♥. And between Tarkov and Hunt, this eteranl reluctance to do anything about it makes this genre nothing but a persistant eyeroller and i cannot look at this ♥♥♥♥ anymore because im afraid at some point my eyes will be stuck in the back of my skull...

Ironically i did not encounter half as many cheaters as people claim, but that doesn't really mean anything. They do seem to try and do something about it at least.

Fun game but the balancing is a bit of a mess. It needs a lot of tweaking which is a bit wild considering how few characters it has for a Moba.

Still pretty fun though, even if it occasionally suffers from a lack of communication. Like, Kale, what are you doing, please stay on your lane... No, what are you doing... They overrun yours, let me... NOOO...

As a Salamanders Fan, this irritates me greatly. A heavy would have been the only logical choice.

Im not sure if, after years and years of no noteworthy improvement and still not fullfilling a metric ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of the promises made, selling armor skins at 10 bucks a pop is the way to go... as much as i enjoyed the Game thus far, i really don't see the justification to switch to nickle-and-dime mode...

Maybe you are allowed to have mild considerations about doing so when your game actually begins to look like your trailers, fun pimps...

I play this game on a... 4? year old PC and it works like a charm. I had precisely one FPS drop during what is essentially a loading screen. The way people describe their issues with the supposedly bad optimization, i got to wonder if they try to run it on a toaster, a 1080 or something equally useless in 2025.

By the way; Reading one or the other comment; Of course your game runs like butts regardless of your GPU if you installed it on some Budget 250 GB HDD... Your GPU is only displaying Data, but it still has to be red. And if you use some crunchy old harddrive you can instal 30 4080TIs in your system, it still wont run proper... that has nothing to do with optimisation.

The game is pretty good. It is from my perspective, having played Worlds last, an improvement all across the board. The gameplay is much more fun, the way you progress feels less copy pasted than it did back there and i really enjoy a lot of the quality of life features implemented.

Visually the game is pretty well made. I dont think it set itself on highest quality for me, but even then the lighting, the effects and just the way scenes are played, framed and animated are just very fun to watch and again an improvement from the already not bad little cutscenes and animations monsters got before.

The characters also look pretty neat and believable without being uncanny, which somehow surprised me more than it should have.

I felt right at home, even tho im far from a die hard MH fan! I picked my old Charge Blade again and it felt like it used to, just less tedious and same for the fights as a whole.

The story is neat. As per usual its nothing to write home about 10 Minutes in, but its again better than World's attempts, feels more like something is actually going on and is doing a good job at not feeling boring so far either.

Im looking forward to continue playing!

The game as similar pitfals as overwatch, where some characters are so over the line that there might as well only be 6 total because all people while play nearly the same lineups anyhow due to balance issues.

This makes it another seedbed for the most worthless type of player in gaming total, being min-maxing jerk-offs who ♥♥♥♥ at everyone who doesnt play meta... because they are kind of right about it, as not taking part is just playing a losing game.
