Why Thumb Downed? Negative > Positive

Good:
- Starship customization
- Crafting system
- Weapon customization
- Space Combat is good (controls)

Bad:
- Boring Story
- No climax at all
- Character conversations are so monotone
- No emotional attachment to any characters
- Some showstopper bugs and NPC gets in the way
- Only a few hundreds of planets to explore not thousands or millions
- Evasion of Terromorph is just short coming, I was expecting more... there is nothing to hunt after the storyline is over.

Can be Better:
- On land combat, more puzzle or varieties
- On land vehicles for explorations
- Better generated props for explorations
- Space weapons need to overhaul, just having particle weapons just jack of all trade. zzz

About me: Heavy RPG player experiences in FF14, FF16, Mass Effect series, Witcher series, Cyberpunk 2077, Fallout series, WoW, The Last of Us series, No's Man Sky, Elite Dangerous, many other MMORPG and story driven games from indie to triple A games.

Good story but writing is in modern time speech which makes it really strange, some words shouldn't exist in that medieval era and gameplay controls are random sometime either (PS controller) Triangle button to get through obstacles or X button. Likewise on Xbox controller just either top or bottom buttons.

Control has no consistency and I hate running backward, which is super strange. Lack of ability to dodge, all you can do is run or hide and be a whack a mole.

Lastly, seems like I have a giant hit box that I still get hit by arrows or spears as I am running in full speed. The enemy arrows / spears animation doesn't even seem to hit my character at all. Still get injured.

Story takes 22 hrs average, 40 hrs for 100% completion with non-story.

Great game!

So this game has been out for a long time, I was stuck at the comm tower - bugged out can't progress at all.

Unless I am doing something wrong.

Good story and wish there is a sequel, however, I dislike the combat... even in Normal it gets annoying hard with armor enemies. Nothing but pain the ass and abilities cooldown is not fun at all. It breaks the flow of the combat.
