They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully. tim_shmidt always completes any assignment on time and to a high standard. Generally polite, courteous and respectful, though may sometimes lose a little control when confronted with a difficult person or situation. Or perhaps sometimes seems over-polite. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, tim_shmidt sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws.
