CloverPit understands something fundamental: when the mechanics are well-designed, there's no need to inflate anything else. Each game is an exercise in constant optimization, decision-making under pressure, and the progressive building of synergies that can turn the tide of the game if you know how to read the system.

What stands out most is how its gameplay loops fit together. You start with limited resources, assess risks, choose upgrades, and gradually build a setup that completely transforms your playstyle. There's no sense of filler: every choice matters, and every mistake has consequences.

It has the kind of design that effortlessly generates "just one more game." The learning curve is clear, but the depth emerges when you begin to understand how the mechanics interact. That's where it becomes truly addictive.

If you enjoy games where mastery comes from understanding the system and exploiting it, CloverPit is hard to put down.

One of the few horror games that manages to evoke discomfort, unease, and paranoia without relying on jump scares blaring from the screen. The atmosphere, setting, and soundtrack are enough.

We have cults, religious fanatics, changing weather, dangers everywhere, and authorities who remain silent or hunt down the people - basically a reflection of real life.

The game also seems to me a metaphor for how we view death in an apocalyptic scenario: some were terrified of it and now see it as liberation and, on the other hand, those who once wished to die now fight to live.

Deacon, go there.
Deacon, come here.
Deacon, pay my debt.
Deacon help me.

Deacon how are you? no one says.
How can we help your fellow Deacon? no one says.
No one is asking how our brother Deacon can reach his wife and how we can help her.

Despite this, the game is very entertaining. The story is manageable in my opinion. Honestly, it didn't have much of an exaggerated story. I even called it nonsense in some parts of the story. The game is very well optimized. You play smoothly and fluently. I wish everyone a good time in advance.

When the Microids got the negative stuff by the release days - they was admitted that this game is really bad...I played this "old" remastered version and original, ofc. It was like i'm playing Cyberbug or soulless Definitive GTA, yeah, it was bad, very bad. But guys made the remaster of the remaster! Can't say that it's a brilliant game (especially the AI), but i like this. Few bugs and slothy AI. Good graphics, original story, take the hardest difficulty and you can get a satisfaction with this game

Everything is bad...physics, textures, characters...Playing this piece of nostalgy only for the achievements. Guys with positive reviews, are you ok? We can't buy the vanilla trilogy (Steam version is not the best, but nevermind). AI is so bad (physics changed, but i think they DGAF about it, so AI stucking in buildings, walls, e.t.c.)
It's not worth it :(

DE is harder than original GTA III, harder than spank, harder than you.
Because of: bad physics, bad peds and traffic behavours, strange glitches and low car hp, sometimes you can give yoursefl a rest, you need this, man.
What is good in this game: things, that programmers from GSG can't change: missions, radio, guns, atmosphere (hmm)...
So, if you want to feeeel the new wave of Rockstar, here we are, end of the line!
