Finally a game with strong representation of 70s em machines which has always been my favourite era of pinball, the game looks and plays decently and replicates the tables its trying to with greater success than fx3 does williams or pinball arcade does with well anything. Easily the most fun pinball game out there alongside pro pinball timeshock, these old tables just have such a strong addictive quality and strong emphasis on edge of the seat nudging skill with imo very engaging scoring systems that got lost in the complexity of the modern pinball era as it looked for ways to compete with its video game brethren. Highly recommend.

Usually when i hear of a retro revival or homage of a series I expect the worst, a dumbed down version with rpg elements and content over quality to appease the armies of low effort plebians who occupy them modern fanbases.... This is not one of those cases, the feel is perfect! this game feels like a genuine sequel to the originals with imo a little more leniancy on wall collisions. The content right now is large in quantity and quality so everyone is catered for, for the lower tier casual just looking to win some races on slower speed classes for grandmothers and the keen enthusiasts who find joy in grinding a track with the fastest ships in the highest speed class for hrs and hrs aiming for that perfectly executed line and pb time. The music is hit and miss with some real stunning moments (xpand - barracuda) and some more mediocre affair however as custom soundtrack is supported the first thing i did was to import the original cold comfort wipeout soundtrack which still for me is the epitome of the series music. I can't recommend this game highly enough as it exceeded all expectations and to think it will continue to grow in content and quality is very exciting, see you on the leaderboards fellow AG racers ;). 10/10.
