I'm only giving this a thumbs up in the hopes that Alex, the developer, locks in and actually comes back to this game.

The game itself and the concept are great, but the game costs too much for what's offered here. This game should be far cheaper.

The game isn't completely dead, there are still tons of players who do play the game, and the modding community is stronger than ever.

Get this game when it's on half price. This is a 10 USD game at most in it's current state.

Genuinely one of the most unique experiences I have ever played, and I legitimately need more.

It's not "Tetris but Balatro", it's more along the lines of "Tetris but there are more blocks that let you break the game". As someone who considers the Gameboy and NES Tetris as the best ways to play Tetris, this game absolutely rocks.

My primary complaints so far are within the UI of the game, specifically;
* Rerolling the store moves your selected button to the first item of the reroll. This has caught me off guard a few times.
* To see what blocks you have left, you have to press R (or the appropriate key on controller). There's plenty of space during gameplay where I feel that you could see what blocks you have left without pressing a button.
* Less so of a complaint, but I would love for the game to swap colour pallets whenever a boss has been defeated.

Can't wait to see what else comes in future releases!

A playtester since late 2023, and someone who also played the leak in 2022. The only good that carried over from the playtests was the skating itself.

I have no shred of doubt that Full Circle was on target for a great release, but EA came in requesting changes that put profits first over players, and any playtester will stand by that.

In short, great skating mechanics that are soured by a freemium store, a terrible map, awful mission pacing, and bugs that make it difficult to enjoy.

IGN was kind to give this a 4/10.

The new Marks system, essentially a in-game tutorial, is the thing that tipped me over the edge to try this game, and while it's execution can be a bit confusing at times, it was enough for myself (a hobbyist programmer) and my friend (who's never written code before) to get into the game.

If you're stuck on the fence to buy this game, I strongly recommend you give it a go. Hackmud needs more people in it to thrive

MSFS 2024 is the gameplay that I wanted from MSFS 2020, just with a handful of issues that I am confident will be patched out overtime.

I was not impacted by the loading & server issues that many of the negative reviews are about, which I suspect is already fixed, so you most likely won't be affected by this.

Despite the short time with this title so far, the career mode has been the go-to for me. MSFS 2020 did have activities (which do return here as well) but the career mode really breathes new life into the game that now gives each flight purpose.

The only issue I had was that the airport I chose for my career had the wrong Taxi arrows on the runway, which caused me to fail my PPA test over and over again, until I realised I needed go opposite of where the arrows were telling me to go.

MSFS 2024 is definitely worth considering, even if you've never tried a flight sim before. If you are in that group of never trying a flight sim, I'd recommend that you try it out on Gamepass first, or wait for a Steam Sale.
