A few things aren't obvious that they are clickable. Needed to consult a walkthrough guide a few times.

It doesn't work. Very early into the game it just crashes. I bought it years ago and tried playing it on at least 10 different laptops.

It's a fun, fast to download, quick to install game. Getting it to work with a controller is a pain but it's fine on a keyboard. Keyboard controls don't seem to be configurable.

It is near perfection. As long as you don't need automatic transmission because it's been buggy for me for a few years now.

Aside from a problem with Thrustmaster wheels it's been a flawless plug and play, get up and go experience. The menus are super fluid. The cars all feel very different. The minimal tuning options do achieve noticeable differences. Many of the tracks are spectacular. From tight technical tarmac to 100mph over hills and valleys. The demolition derby events are creative.

It would be good if not for the mini game controls.

This was exactly the kind of thing I wanted to sit with my 4 year old and play.

The faster river dodging game was good because you could use the arrow keys to control it.

Collecting the nuts wasn't too bad.

The diving for the bicycle pump was not the worst but it was not easy or fun.

Trying to rescue the lost ducklings was impossible. Several times the kayak just wouldn't move anywhere, it was just stuck. We restarted several times and after collecting 2 ducks we'd get stuck somewhere for no apparent reason.

Luckily the story was setup so that you could fail the mini-games and still continue on with the story.

If the mini-games had better controls and if there were maybe 4 more games, then I would recommend it.

It's good for sitting down and playing with a 3 or 4 year old. I'm disappointed that the only character that spoke was Pooh. It could have used a lot more puzzle activities and a little more animation and voice work.

The only bad things are you cannot reconfigure the keys if you are playing on keyboard and you really need to read the manual to understand how to play the game effectively because it is nothing like the Mario and Sonic kart racers - there is no drifting. Unfortunately the Manual button under Additional Content in Steam does not open a manual or do anything at all as far as I can see. So, I had to google for ancient youtube videos explaining how to get good in the gamel.

The only thing I really dislike so far is lack of cockpit interior details and the heavy blur used to hide it.

Wheel configuration specifically and the UI in general is just impenetrable. I just now realized Steam says I've spent like 30 hours in this game. What that really means is that 1 hour at a time, over the course of MANY YEARS, I have wasted an hour trying to configure this game and then find something fun to do in it. The force feedback really does feel amazing but my routine with this game is (or I would like it to be) that I'd configure my controls, do some practice laps by myself, tweak the controls some more, do more practice, and then race against the AI. I have only once gotten around to racing against the AI. Having to completely leave the game and go to the other program that is the main menu to tweak controls and then wait for the game to load again to test the controls is just a royal pain. If you've ever used Lightwave you might have an idea of how annoying this menu-game separation is.
