Hey there!
If you're concidering to buy the game I can only encourage you to do so.
It's a nice, futuristic roleplay game wich takes place on the mars. You are playing as "Zac", a male technomancer (Technomancer are people who have the power to generate electrical charges).

Overview:
Good
Not so good
graphics
animations (not too bad though)
Crafting/Karma/Affectionsystem
Affectionsystem seems superfluous at times due to story
world details
viarity of the map
good/athmospheric music and sounds
fights and maps can get very repetetive -> backtracking
Interesting sidestory to every companion
Mainstory has quite obvlois turning points

Explination:
First of all the Story. The story should be the most important part in a rpg-game I think. And indeed in this game the story is good implemented, but for me the sidequests from your companions and different groups are far more interesting and enthralling.
There is a big variety of groups and you can gain affectionpoints for each which allows you to create alliances and make friends (you will need them later!) . Sometimes your actions have a big impact on the story and sometimes they do not change a thing. Not knowing this you can make BIG mistakes and be forced to choose carefully on every of your choises.
The surface of the mars is partly very pretty partly just okay designed, but nevertheless your mostly confronted with red rocks (typical for the mars) or the typical "slum-look". Animations are okay only the romance and sneaking + sprinting animations are looking odd.

Gameplay: You can freely choose between 3 fighting styles which all feel different and balanced. At lower diffeculties you don't need to switch them to sute your enemie but it can get you your fights noticeably more easy. Fights are in realtime and mostly close combat even though there are firearms included. Choosing between 3 types of hitting and dotching combined with releasing powerfull electrical strikes. Thats for the most time very funny and can become challenging but due to a poor variety of enemies after 20-30 hours of the ~35 hour game it can become quite exausting. Bossfights are rare but defenetly a highlight of the game. There is a craftingsystem included for wich you need to collect different materials to add attachments to your amor and weapons (you're not able to actually craft weapons or amor yourself!). I'd concider it a "nice" thing to have. The Karma system is only affecting your relation to your companions with wich you can have a relationship.
You have three leveling trees. One for the three fightingstyles, one fore characteristics (strenth, agility etc.) and one for skills (lockpicking, sience etc.) but only for the first you can gain infinite skillpoints. So consider wisely on what you want to spent your points!

Conclusion
I'd give this game 6.5 out of 10 red rocks.
