So, I got this game for free from Lurkit. It looked really interesting, and I love supporting new developers. The story premise was neat, and I enjoyed the jump scares. However, there are many bugs in the game, one of which is prohibiting me from finishing the game. I also didn't receive the achievements I should've. With much more polish, and some better voice acting, this game could've been a much better experience!

Early Access Review
This game is both hilarious and terrifying, and you can really tell the devs are passionate about what they do. I've already invested about a hundred hours playing both solo and co-op and don't intend to stop anytime soon. Can't wait to see the updates the devs have planned to make the game even better!

Character artwork and voice acting could've been better, but the rest of the graphics were pretty neat. I liked the Myst-like feel of walking around and solving puzzles. And the puzzles were fun and challenging without being /too/ hard. I'd give this game a 3.5 or 4 out of 5.

I just wrapped up playing this game for this first time, and I'm sitting here at my computer screen just stunned. How to come up with the words to accurately describe how sad and beautiful this game was is beyond me. I spent the final 10-15 minutes of gameplay in tears due to the story, and it's very hard to work the controls when you're weeping at the same time.

For those who don't know about this game, it is a tale of two brothers who go on a perilous journey to find a cure for their sick father. Along the way they make some friends, outwit bullies and mean dogs, see beautiful country-sides and animal life, and even travel through what was once a battleground for giants. The artwork is stunning and nearly took my breath away at times. I kept taking screenshots while playing to share with friends because it was just too beautiful to keep to myself.

The innovative style of gameplay was both lots of fun and frustrating at the same time. I recommend getting an XBOX 360 controller, as it made everything much easier (for me anyway). You eventually get used to controlling both brothers simultaneously, and there are times later in the game where you have no choice.

I can't say too much about the story beyond that it was incredibly sad, beautiful, heartwrenching, and heartwarming. The characters speak in their own sort of language - I'm not sure if it's made up or if it's just one I don't recognize. But this story was crafted so well, you don't need to understand their speech to know what's going on.

I highly recommend Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons for anyone. But I warn you, if you cry at movies or anything sad, you will need tissues.

Just finished playing the game. What a ride that was! Wooh! I remember enjoying the first Tomb Raider when it first came out on Playstation many many years ago, but I never got a chance to finish it. However, I have seen both movies and am very much a fan of the franchise, so when I first heard that this "prequel" game was coming out, I was excited.

The graphics are excellent, for one. I only wish my computer could've handled the higher graphic settings, but what I was able to do was still absolutlely stunning to look at. I especially liked the detail in Lara's scars and the tears in her shirt and pants as she goes through her journey on the island. It gave a sense of reality to what was going on.

On top of the great graphics, the gameplay was tons of fun. I really liked the acquisition of weapons as you progress through the story, leading up to the double handguns at the end, which was always Lara's weapons of choice in the other games.

And the story!! This game told a believable and compelling story that didn't get lost in the graphics and gameplay, making the entire experience absolutely wonderful.

I highly recommend this game to anyone looking for an intense, action-packed game full of adventure that doesn't skimp on story, gameplay, or graphics. I was able to get lost in this game like I do with a good book or movie; so much so that I would lose complete track of time. I can't wait to play it again!
