Love this game minus the frame drops, I am trying to run this at 1440p but i hit 100 FPS in less populated areas and it drops to around 30-40 when entering a heavily populated area. I am using a 3070 with a ryzen 7 3700x and dont usually have this issue with other games but have seen other people with a 4090 have the same issue so must be bugged.
