Moon is capable of planning and sequencing own work, but does not yet do so consistently. When work is planned, usually works systematically towards objectives. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. In the face of setbacks or adversity will continue to pursue the objective, and doesn’t give up. But may not be able to inspire others to continue as well.
