You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll stare at android booty. This game is pretty close to a masterpiece, and anyone who enjoys video games as a medium, an interesting story, or beautiful soundtracks should definitely play this game. It is one of the most bonkers (in a good way) video game experiences I have ever had the pleasure of playing.

There is nothing else like steamrolling a boss only to get repeatedly stomped by common enemies. 10/10

You want to rip a demon's arm off and beat it to death with it's own arm? You can do that in DOOM.

Rip and tear. Guts and gore. Chainsaws and chainguns. Gauss cannons. This is the best FPS I've played in years (at least, the singleplayer campaign), and I'm not even done with it. The action is intense, the music is incredible, and my heart rate never ceases to go up when a big battle starts. The focus on z-axis mobility in the arenas is awesome. No reloading is awesome. Glory kills are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome. The weapon upgrades and rune system are sweet and add a nice sense of progression. I even love the story - it's not in your face, and you can pick up a lot from the exploration bits and overhearing the UAC holograms, which are hilarious.

10/10 definitely buy. Don't play on anything lower than Ultra-Violence (hard)
