Beautiful game, a worthy sequel to the original.

It is designed for and best enjoyed as a co-op experience so I'd recommend getting a group of friends to get the game as well. Co-op operations are limited at launch (6 available) but the different difficulties (and enemies) are challenging to progress through and will test your team cohesion. Weapons and customization are satisfying. The 6 available classes are all distinct and offer many different play styles to choose from.

The campaign is short and sweet. Not every game needs to have a 40 hour open world campaign that you're bored of by the time you're at the end! Would recommend playing the original Space Marine or watching a recap of the events before playing this one. A nice touch is that the campaign is fully co-op as well.

Overall: 9/10, very easy to sink hours into, especially with friends

Bought the game for ~$30 and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. The single player campaign was one of the best I've ever played and would easily recommend it to anyone that likes fast paced action and feeling like an absolute badass. As for the multiplayer, many other reviewers accused the multiplayer experience of being lackluster and boring, and that it felt like an odd mix of Doom and other shooters. After putting a good amount of hours into multiplayer, I've come to find that it's not as bad as people make it out to be. The multiplayer is very fast and coming out on top of the leaderboards is dependent on your reflexes, mobility, and knowledge of the map. It took me a while to get used to the gameplay, but once I started getting the hang of it, I found myself really enjoying the game. Instead of listening to the reviews on youtube that all say the same things about the multiplayer, I encourage you to pick it up, give it a shot, and see if you like it for yourself.
