I found out the issue. It is with OVH Hosting and my ISP. They "peer", whatever that means, so during peak hours of people using OVH or something it causes my connection to be bad. I haven't looked into a solution yet though.

Added due to connection issues on "The Aquarium". For some reason when I first start playing for the day my ping is where it should be ~30 but as I stay on the server my ping starts to bounce from 130-500. This only happens on that server and I haven't been able to find a fix and was wondering if you could maybe help out if you know anything.
