Been playing the game since 2012, obviously my hours on steam are wrong. Before you could link a steam account with a smite standalone account I just used the Hi-Rez launcher.
Game is fun and always interesting with the many wacky combinations of items and gods. Hi-Rez focuses on cosmetic micro transactions much more than bug fixes however and some bugs have been ignored for years. There will be bugs, you have to choose if you can deal with some small bugs here and there or if you will just give up on the game.
All patches are done with the E-Sports teams in mind so don't bother worrying about getting your opinions heard, they won't be.
The game is a lot to learn and will take time to master all 100 gods. (100 at the time of writing this)
Cosmetics for sale in the game shop can be purchased with a fake currency called Gems that can be bought for Real World Money.
Game is Free but the gods are locked except a few that are given out for free on rotation each week or 2. Like what League of Legends does to allow players to test out characters.
Best value is to purchase the god pack, you all current gods and all future gods for the entire lifetime of the game. It's price varies depending on what Country you live in.
Community is a toxic waste dump 99% of time, I suggest you mute all your team mates and don't talk to anyone so they don't report you randomly or start being a jerk in chat for nothing.

Overall I love the game, spent over 4,000 hours on it since I first tried it. Game is protected by EAC and the only cheaters you will see are lag switchers or speed hackers. The lag switch thing has been a problem that is increasing since Jan 2019, not sure why. I rarely ever saw a cheater until then. Lag switching just makes the person using it jitter forward slightly faster than any god can run. They can run away / chase and will bound forward rapidly. A speed hacker will smoothly glide around the map at 9999mph or some ridiculous speed. Reporting players for legitimate reason does work. I encourage anybody to report the feeders / trolls / disconnecters / cheaters.

CS:GO Review
You like to cheat in games? You like to fight other cheaters in games? You like to be forced to buy a 3rd party highly invasive service to play the game without cheaters?
GOOD NEWS! This game is for you.

Either you buy prime instantly and suffer the least amount of time in matchmaking on Valve servers or you don't in which case, happy cheating! Option 3 is to buy ESEA or Faceit and get mega fu cked by very good players and wall hackers over and over.

Recommend if you can snag it very cheap on a key seller site like I did for $5. Otherwise pass.

Simple tycoon / macro managing game. Almost no replayability past the first one or 5 attempts. I beat the whole game on my first try and then installed a bunch of mods that made it harder. I then beat the game again on my 2nd try. It's too focused on macro and not enough micro-management with the city's populations.

This game has the best gun ballistics and injury systems / effects I've ever seen in a PVP online FPS game. The audio is very well done for the voice acting and the sound effects. Graphics are on the meh side since long range has a strange pixelated blurry effect and shrubs / grass despawns after around 75 meters. Individual textures of people / guns / environment are high quality and more than realistic enough to immerse the player in a war zone. It's mainly the grass / tree leaves that look very bad at medium to long range. You an get used to 100% ignoring the foliage and just instantly spotting enemies based on their skin color / hats or helmets / and sometimes gun barrels poking out.
Gameplay is clunky with player movements and sometimes vaulting can bug out and fail to work causing you either rubber band or get stuck in place for 10 seconds. Bipods are very finicky and some games work perfectly while in other matches they fail to deploy or they get glued to a surface which forces you spend time trying to free yourself instead of shooting the guy in front of you. However once you have an understanding of basic controls and how to play the game none of those things are really that big of a deal. Bipods are optional on a select few guns.
Shooting feels and sounds real along with the gore and blood that follows when landing a well placed shot. The 2 problems with the game is the extreme suppression system that seems totally random on who gets less penalties if 2 people shoot at on another at the same time & the full auto fire mode debuff. This debuff will give your shots more recoil and more spread even if you tap shoot like a semi auto. If the weapon is in semi auto fire mode, it shoots perfectly straight at what you are aiming at no matter how rapidly you spam the trigger.
The maps are well detailed and have many hiding spots on them. You will not be able to memorize every map with only a few matches. They are massive and often have more than 1 way to capture / defend objectives. Strategies and teamwork are extremely important if you want to consistently win. Getting lots of kills and having amazing aim also helps.
The lag compensation for this game is quite good, you can play with up to 200 ping without noticing hardly any hiccups or delays with combat.
Make sure you have a very powerful computer to run this game on Ultra settings and still get over 60fps.
Surround sound headphones are required if you wish to be competitive and stalk your enemies.

This game is a cross between SQUAD and battlefield. It's a realistic looking / feeling game however the game modes and spawn systems are arcade style. Very fun and casual game to play when you need to decompress after a long day.

**DISCLAIMER** I normally get 20+ kills per match so for me, I don't care so much about my deaths long as they are under 30 or so in a full match. There are many things that may instantly kill you before you can even start playing the game sometimes. War is heck!

My hours look small but I have played on another account for 400 hours before getting this account. The game is a love hate relationship. Mostly being hate due to how grindy the game can be if not playing on modded servers. I have a life outside of ARK so this game is just that, a game. I only play it on long weekends with friends when they need a helping hand raising / taming / building / raiding.
The game itself is rather empty and boring if you don't have a highly populated server as the maps are so big and the AI is so ♥♥♥♥ ing dumb that you can't really lose or struggle with anything once you have learned the cheese methods. The whole game is just who can dedicate more time to grinding and who knows the best building strategies. Whichever tribe spends the most time in the game usually comes out on top whether they are good at pvp or not.
The game is very high risk & high reward in that sense. You can spend hundreds of hours per month on your base and have it all wiped in 1 night while you sleep. It really keeps the players hooked to protect their hard work.
Lots of unofficial modded pvp servers are extremely toxic though, so don't go in expecting any help or tribes willing to let you join in without backstabbing you in some way. Nothing wrong with that sense the game is PVP and competitive. It's just like RUST in that sense.
Bugs are just something you have to live with, the devs will literally never fix majority of them. If your character gets randomly deleted then get rekt, sometimes they help and sometimes they don't.
The game itself is just RUST with dinos and primitive to sci-fi weapons / gear. It's fun, it's addictive if you got the time, and it's got pretty good graphics if you have a beefy PC that can run Ultra.
I'd recommend this only to people who I know enjoy RUST and are looking for a much more time consuming and hardcore experience.
