This game is amazing. As a busy dad who hasn't had much luck with other extraction shooters, Arc Raiders is perfect. The average run lengths are more than reasonable, and solo play is fantastic. Awesome late-80's sci-fi atmosphere, amazing sound, and excellent UE5 implementation. Can't recommend this enough.

I've played COH and every iteration, expansion, etc. since the release of the original game. COH3 is amazing, and shouldn't be missed.

The launch was a little on the rough side, but the devs quickly fixed most of the glaring issues, and have steadily been pushing out solid, meaningful updates ever since. Not only has gameplay and QoL features improved, but the graphics, special effects, and audio have all gotten noticeably better.

The game as a whole is a huge step up from COH2 and COH1, and anyone telling you different likely has rose tinted glasses. Both graphically and technically, COH3 is a much better game.

At the time of this writing it's listed as "Mixed", which I feel makes this a sorely underrated title.

A must have for any VR owner. Probably one of the most intelligently designed, thought-through, and fun VR games I've ever played. It's simple, yet has a lot of depth and interested complexity. Can't recommend it enough.

Early Access Review
Thoroughly enjoyed this year's Le Mans 24 Hrs more because of this game. It's still early access and thus a bit rough around the edges, but there's a ton of fun to be had here. Looking forward to the upcoming GT3 cars and more traces from the WEC calendar.

The RAZBAM situation has gotten out of hand, and has gone on far too long, but my biggest issue is that ED continues selling their modules without any warning to the user, knowing full well that they may never be updated again and could possibly break. This is very anti-consumer behavior that ED needs to correct immediately.

Backed on Fig. Never have I wanted to like a game as much of this, but HW3 is just plain bad.

The story is bad, the CGI is so awful that they would have been better off just letting us read some text.

But what really kills me is the skirmish mode, which is what I come to Homeworld for. If this was decent, I'd probably have a positive take. But the skirmish in this game is almost worthless: the size of maps is far too small. It's so chaotic right off the bat that it's uninteresting. The game always ends up being the same: outbuild your opponent. There's absolutely no room for creativity. It's almost as if they wanted to try to make some sort of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ RTS e-sport title out of the Homeworld franchise.

Incredibly disappointed with this.

EDIT: it's coming out that the dumbed-down tech tree, lack of hyperspace, lack of subsystems, and general lack of complexity and unit diversity is a result of the publisher/developer wanting to make this game accessible to children. The astounding thing about this is that most of us *were children* when the original was out.

Pretty awesome game. Especially immersive in VR. I hope they make more of these.

At first I didn't like AMS2, but given the rate of improvement during early access I have to say it has completely flipped around. This game is amazing.

EDIT: Final game is out and it's great. Matchmaking turned out to be fine after-all (their communication wasn't, but that's behind us). Probably one of the better MP experiences I've had short of iRacing.

Even though it's one track and one car at the moment, the quality is so good here that it's easy to overlook the lack of quantity (which again, is very temporary). Arguably the best racing title of 2018, and it's not even done. I can't think of a single game that beats it in terms of:

* Graphics
* Audio
* Physics
* Handling
* FFB
* Virtual mirror (looking at you, Codemasters' F1 2018).

I've been playing the CM F1 games since 2012. 2015 is the worst of all of them. The amount of features has been scaled back too much. The graphics engine is an improvement in some ways, but is also a bit more blury. There are also quite a few graphical glitches/flickering (like grass) in spots. The AA settings are a real bummer (no more magnitude setting). None of the new console voice command features are available on the PC/Steam version. Force feedback was supposed to be improved, but it's not any better (if not worse) than 2014.

But the worst is the huge amount of bugs. The game is relatively unstable. I get in-game crashing periodically, and it will ALWAYS crash when I exit.

I really wanted to like this game. But it's a real disappointment. I'd return it if I didn't buy on GMG. My mistake.

EDIT: To be fair, I should list some pros over the last version (2014):
-The new MP options are definitely a step in the right direction, especially classifying by difficulty.
-The new "rival" appearance in Time Trial is awesome.
-Graphically it's a step sideways: It's less sharp, but overall it's prettier.

Things could get a lot better with some serious patches. However, the past F1 games have had glaring bugs through their entire life, so I'll be surprised if F1 2015 is fixed-up like it should be.

EDIT 2: Wait... No Track IR support? Are you kidding me? This has been a basic feature of the series for at least 4 years.

Stay away from this game. Stay FAR away.
