Semmelteig Rezept:
1KG Weizenmehl
500ml Wasser ca 25Grad
20Gramm Salz
40Gramm Hefe
einen löffel zucker

Alles in einen Kneter, 3Minuten Langsam und 5 Minuten schnell bis der teig sich von von der schüssel trennt und nicht mehr klebt. Etwas mit mehl bestäuben und 20 Minuten zugedeckt ruhen lassen. Teig aus der schüssel, rundwirken nochmals 10 Minuten zugedeckt ruhen lassen. Nun ist es ihnen überlassen was sie daraus machen. Semmeln,weißbrot und toast kann man damit sehr gut machen. MfG
