listen buddy, i'm in a bit of a bind. can you loan me 800 dollars? it's a one time thing. i went into some bad investments with some friends, then i mortgaged the house, and i thought i could get it all back at the casinos - boy was i wrong! but i'm pretty confident that if i had 800 dollars, i could set things straight, and maybe i'll use the extra money after some solid investments to buy your boyfriend a new pearl necklace.
