The game is ok. After 2042 we need a good Battlefield and while this might just be it you can certainly see how basic it is compared to predecesors. The game does feel fun to play even though it's not without it share of bad stuff such as netcode being ♥♥♥♥ once again, maps not being the best, progression being super slow and a few others.

That said, the reason I give it a bad review is this battlepass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Dice kept the battlepass away from existing day one because they knew there would be bad reviews. The first weeks sell the most so they hid it promising a "return to form".

Some bs:
- Skin store (as if the game is not expensive enough)
- Removing portal progression and bots a week before selling battlepass skips
- Just plain bad skins targeted towards non battlefield players
- Crammed in battle royale progression in the battleplass
- Console UI. Please for the love of god at move multiplayer up and do a better server browser.

The game feels so different after the battlepass. For starters you get two modals in your face asking you to buy the pro battlepass. GO PRO (25e), GET THE BATTLEPASS (10e), SKIP 25 BATTLEPASS STEPS, UNLOCK EXCLUSIVE SKINS FROM THE STORE, EXCLUSIVE REWARDS FOR PRO, BLABLABLA. Looks like a chinese game.
