gonna be honest, this was the least thought out purchase of mine, for a very good reason. I see grapple, i see mega man zero esque gameplay, i see customizability, and i see the funny giga crush from the Gaea armor in Mega Man X5. The animal part of my brain instantly hit buy.
jokes aside this game is downright phenominal. It's one of the few games that i've completed just a couple days after purchasing heh. Worth every penny, whether it's on sale or not. Addicting, with a really good story line that picks up INCREDIBLY well towards the end.

Oh, and the soundtrack, visuals, punchy sound effects and everything make this even better. Hash's theme is probably my favorite. All of the songs slap regardless!

Solid story, pretty deep combat, and a excellent soundtrack to finish it all off. This is one of the few roguelites that have grasped my attention. Regardless of how interested you are in the roguelike/roguelite genre, i can definitely recommend this due to how well everything is presented. Oh, and the art style speaks volumes about how much effort was put into this game.

absolute masterpiece

Probably the best platformer I've ever played. It's got a nice high skill ceiling, and an excruciatingly steep difficulty curve once you venture into the expert levels. It's a great test of patience, dexterity and skill. The best investment I've ever made in a loooong time. Plus, there's a lot of fun that can be had with modding the game, i.e. you can make your own colour themes and sound effect "packs"!

it's quake 2! What's more to say? Despite its incredible lack of continuity from the previous rough game, it's quite fun to play, and still holds up today, surprisingly enough. Totally worth the purchase!

this is truly an incredible game. i've spent way too much time, and can confirm it's the ultimate AG racing experience. From limitless potential in the form of workshop content, to the wonderful integrated scoreboard system, this is a game to behold.

There have been way too many times where i enter that trance like state in Speed Lap, around 40-50 laps in, and when i snap out of it, its 1AM in the morning.

I cant recommend this game enough. Just dont go whining about the wipeout content, without enjoying the game for what it offers. Want wipeout? Boot up your PS1.
